General terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases from MONA Beauty (https://bymona.nl). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and deliveries from MONA Beauty. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

MONA Beauty makes every effort to describe products as accurately as possible. The color, size, or packaging of a product may vary slightly from the photo or description.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. MONA Beauty reserves the right to change prices, but this does not apply to orders already placed.

5. Orders and agreements

An agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and MONA Beauty confirms it by email. MONA Beauty reserves the right to refuse an order, for example, in cases of suspected fraud or technical issues.

6. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered by MONA Beauty, such as iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal. Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the specified delivery address. MONA Beauty strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-5 business days. Any delays will be notified to the customer immediately.

8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

9. Warranty and complaints

MONA Beauty guarantees that the products meet reasonable expectations. In case of defects, the customer can contact us at info@bymona.nl. Complaints will be resolved as quickly as possible, in accordance with the law.

10. Liability

MONA Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless there is intent or gross negligence. In any case, total liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
